What's in this season!
In terms of hair this season anything goes - literally - with all the colours of the rainbow currently in vogue.
It has been on the fringes of fashion and culture for a long time but bright pop and punk colour is now truly a mainstay in the hair world; Major fashion houses have also recently show-cased a punk aesthetic underpinning their collections in the past few seasons.
My name is Sam and October 2015 marks one whole year in business with the amazing and inspirational Kylie Boreham for me!
Super exciting, as this has been a total life changing experience for me. A year full of blood (that knick from your scissors when you’re talking too much!) sweat (re-sealing our salon floor all Easter weekend!) and tears (of happiness you - know that feeling of excitement when you’ve found your calling)
I have been active in the industry for 15 years now. Two years ago I decided I needed a change/challenge as I felt I was becoming “stale”. I like to live my life thinking, you never stop learning... It was time to learn MORE!
Kylie and I have an incredible team of dedicated stylists of all levels and if you didn’t already know, Shine’s core purpose is BEING PASSIONATE ABOUT PROVIDING YOU WITH TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
Meet Sam our hair aficinado. Sam has been in the industry for 15 years and has a wealth of experience and talent. Along with business partner Kylie at Shine Hair Co she leads the way in hair design. As Sam says in her bio, she likes to live her life thinking, you never stop learning...and if you knew this wonderful lady you would believe it!
Women of all ages are rocking vibrant, – coloured locks, including Vivienne Westwood (73 years young) with her bright peach hair and of course Nicole Richie, famous for her ever-changing technicolour mane, from lavender hues to bubble-gum pink.
If the icon of sophisticated, yet cool and beautiful, is rocking these reflects, then surely it’s whether it’s just a subtle pop of pastel colour or a total daredevil makeover - the choice is yours!
